There are questions about whether access was denied to sites for testing or not. Our letter cites the December 12, 2014 consultants report from Hargis and Associates, which states on page 4 that,

\nproperty owner did not grant access to
\nthe Group for scheduled groundwater sampling<\/b> in October 2014, or for water
\nlevel measurement of deJong 2 or 34-E4.<\/span><\/i> (HA, Dec. 12, 2014 report, p. 4, emphasis added)  <\/span><\/p>\n
