While they worked hard<br \/>\nto get their BMPs in order by the deadline of today, we reinspected and found<br \/>\nthem still deficient and issued a Stop Work Notice on January 6.&nbsp; The site will be inspected again later<br \/>\nthis week.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1nV6Wfq8uCLw95rI2rXt6Jo_iiolh4hW0\/view\">NOV and Photos of violations<\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1g0HZG6W9ZGhrRcn4amOhKKFpTHkJ-HzR\/view\">Stop Work Order&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nThe Regional Board inspected<br \/>\nunannounced last Thursday and those results are pending.&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nThe mapping error ENU identified has been corrected and the result is the City will be inspecting every two<br \/>\nweeks for the remainder of the rainy season. <o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<p>Stay Tuned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An update on the complaint filed by ENU.
