Impact Report (DEIR) for Oak Creek. Oak
Creek is a proposal by Santa-Monica developers to build 65 homes in a gated
community on existing open space and farmland adjacent to Felicita Park on the
‘duck pond’ property in a rural area. It
will annex over 40-acres to the city.
