ENU filed a comment letter to the Planning Commission to request that housing units be moved at least 500 feet from the freeway-the known zone of elevated cancer risks for residents. ENU further requested more protective stormwater detention or other actions to protect Felicita Park downstream, which is already heavily overburdened due to development in the small watershed.
